As President of BCM Property Development, Christopher has led the acquisition, restoration, and development of some of the Northeast’s most distinguished properties. His portfolio is highlighted by the meticulous architectural restoration of legacy estates including the F.W. Woolworth Estate “Winfield Hall,” “Cashelmara,” and the recently completed renovation of “Seaview Terrace”—projects that required a rare combination of historical sensitivity, technical expertise, and large-scale execution.

In addition to these landmark restorations, Christopher has successfully completed multiple residential developments in Uxbridge, Massachusetts, including Holbrook Farms Estates, Waterman Way Development, and Mystic Valley Lane Development, further demonstrating his ability to deliver well-planned, high-quality residential communities.

Expanding into larger-scale land development, he has assembled and advanced significant projects in Maine, including Brigadoon Acres (207 acres, Bar Harbor) and Rolling Pines (121 acres, Rogue Bluff), both positioned for thoughtfully designed residential communities.

His newest and most significant undertaking, New Sherborne Farms in Douglas, MA, represents the evolution of his development vision—bringing together land planning, infrastructure, and high-end residential design into a cohesive, large-scale development platform. As President, Christopher is leading all aspects of the project, from site planning and entitlements through execution and long-term value creation.

In parallel as President of BEC Services, Ltd., Christopher has directed decades of electrical construction and design-build work, giving him a unique, vertically integrated perspective across all phases of development. As an OSHA certified, Licensed Professional Builder and master electrician in New York, Massachusetts, Rhode Island, and New Hampshire, his career reflects a consistent focus on craftsmanship, scale, and the successful delivery of complex, high-value residential projects!
